Facilities Maintenance Assistant, Q4 Real Estate
After graduating from Jefferson High School, Chris jumped right into the construction and manufacturing workforce. Chris joined the Q4 Real Estate team in December 2020, and he has worked closely with the Compass Construction team for the last 6 years, building various properties in and around the Cedar Rapids area. Chris knows most of our properties inside and out and will be attending to maintenance issues for commercial and residential properties, managed by Q4 Real Estate.
Chris lives in Cedar Rapids with his wife, Hilary. They enjoy attending concerts and meeting their favorite musicians.
